5-Day Verbal Coaching Management System

Friday—Peers will receive an email on what the training/questions will be on.
Monday—Peers will receive an email to call in and complete training
Tuesday—For those who have missed training on Monday, will receive a “push” phone call to take training
Wednesday—Peers will receive an email invitation to log into the website to listen and rate their peers based on CONTENT and DELIVERY
Thursday—The results of the ranking will be revealed.
